The partnership originated from a practical operational need. Prime Secured identified a recurring challenge across multiple client environments: cameras installed in high or hard-to-reach locations required costly lift rentals and additional labor for routine maintenance and cleaning.
This challenge is especially common in pole-mounted and parking lot applications, where cameras are frequently installed at heights that trigger OSHA requirements. When working at certain elevations, technicians are required to use lift equipment and fall protection harness systems. While necessary for compliance, these requirements significantly increase:

As the official U.S. dealer, Prime Secured will assist customers with selecting the appropriate lift model, coordinating ordering and logistics, and providing installation guidance and support.
